Tomosumi gifted a copy of his first self-published poetry anthology, nashi: Illustrative Poetry on Japanese Americans to their collection of art and works documenting Japanese American diaspora.
Tomosumi’s haiku honoring the late Issei pioneer and founder, B.D. Mukai in 1926 as a strawberry farm, Mukai Farm & Garden for his 112th birthday.
